Solar Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:- Oversee electrical and roofing installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, commissioning, and on-time job completion- Review site survey photos and documentation to determine the work required to bring homes up to code and inspection-ready- Manage service upgrade scopes, including panel upgrades, panel relocations, feeder replacements, and related electrical work- Lead DOB inspections end-to-end, ensuring jobs are properly prepared and that any objections are corrected quickly and correctly- Provide hands-on field support, training, and oversight to technicians to resolve issues and reinforce best practices- Own technician onboarding, development, and team culture, driving accountability, morale, and high performance- Collaborate with engineering and...
