Senior Attorney

The Senior Attorney will report to the General Counsel and will work closely with both the General Counsel and the Chief Legal Officer on legal work related to the Company’s roles as an (“EPC”) contractor for the utility scale solar engineering, procurement, and construction industry. He or she will also be responsible for legal work for the Company and its affiliates, including affiliates in the photovoltaic, BESS, and high voltage infrastructure EPC market. Legal work performed will include writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements. He or she will also be responsible for legal duties connected with the business and will work closely with the Pre-Construction Teams.
