TEACHER, SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER PROGRAM - TRANSITION TEAM (18-21), 9TH-12TH GRADE

The Special Education Transition Teacher teaches and manages a classroom for students in the 18-21 Transition Program whose educational needs center on the development of their transition goals specifically in the areas of college, career and independent living readiness.
