YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Dematic is seeking an experienced Project Group Manager to lead a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver complex warehouse automation projects across ANZ. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project excellence, ensuring strong governance, and delivering large-scale automation solutions safely, on time and within budget.
This role can be based in Sydney (Belrose) or Melbourne (Notting Hill).

Tasks and Qualifications:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery of multiple complex automation and warehouse projects across ANZ
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver high quality projects
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget
- Drive strong project governance, risk management and commercial performance
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
- Align internal teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Extensive leadership and project delivery experience within complex engineering, construction, or material-handling environments
- Strong knowledge of automated systems, material handling, racking and large-scale warehouse projects
- Proven commercial and contract management capability
- Demonstrated success leading project management teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally
