• Any candidate with healthcare and customer service experience,
  
• Hedis exp is plus.
• Requires High School diploma and 6 months related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Candidates who have familiarity with medical terminology and with prior HEDIS experience are given preference for this position
