MAIN PURPOSE

  • The position requires business analysis and issue solving ability with timely fashion to ensure both short-term and long-term sales target can be achieved together with Boutique team.

  • This position will also need to collect and analyse retail customer data, to execute efficient and effective CRM program with boutique team (to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and retain VIP clients), and to prepare wrap up report for CRM program reviewing; ultimately increase retail sales of the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as supporting role to assist General Manager and Commercial Manager; in accordance with business plan, daily operation guideline, and client journey follow-ups – aim to accomplish retail sales target, generate wonderful brand experience and deliver exclusive brand image among potential and existing clients.

Ensure the missions and objectives related to CRM completed & achieved, including BTQ activations, local & international event coordination, department store operation/marketing team cooperation, as well as CRM report/ Retail KPI achievements.

Business Analysis and Report Preparation

  • Collect and monitor accuracy of daily report for internal review/analysis.
  • Prepare weekly reports to monitor and analysis sales trends by product line for commercial talking action plan if needed, and provide BTQ activations with its result recap if any.
  • Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, especially for monthly Boutique Manager meeting to review sales results, as well as to propose action plan for the coming month.
  • Download HQ reports and KPI dashboard to map with local reports for commercial team’s follow up or improvement/action plans if needed.
  • Business analysis reports and commercial data update requested by Commercial Manager, GM, NEA, and HQ.

BTQ CRM Plan Execution, Client Journey follow-ups, & Retail KPI Evaluation

  • Based on NEA CRM, Commercial Manager, and GM’s proposal/validation to guide BTQ team to execute CRM programs, follow-through with wrap up report/analysis.
  • Propose clientele action plans for different client segments.
  • Monitor the monthly sales & retail KPI and result of each CRM activation; prepare wrap up report for evaluation and future improvement.
  • Co-work with PR & Event team for trade marketing campaign for mall’s seasonal & promotional periods to optimize the sales turnover.
  • Aligned with NEA/HQ to implement CRM APPs, Client Service tools/Retail Apps to BTQ sales team; and monitor KPI achievements/performance with result feedback to Commercial manager, GM, and NEA/HQ periodically.
  • Gifts ordering & preparation for retail team and helping them to provide wow experience with budget control.
  • Client data analysis and management: drive growth and maintain the quality of the database in accordance with NEA/HQ guidelines.
  • HQ & NEA CRM team coordination.

Event Support

  • Provide invited VIP list, based on event scales and qualifications for all events, from in-store events to international events.
  • Provide Retail team necessary and useful document/content of event for event efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Arrange and organize travel details, programs, and coordination work for client and retail team to attend international, regional & local events.
  • Act as major contact window between Communication & event team and commercial/BTQ team for all implementation details of event needs.
  • Coordinate with product/merchandising for consignment rotation among BTQs/POS to optimize selling opportunities.

Operational & Retail Administration

  • Ensure retail operations are in accordance with internal regulations, & international guidelines; as well as in compliance with labor law while maximize efficiency.
  • Assist follow-up of VOC: reminder and action plan if necessary.
  • Boutique facility maintenance and daily supply/general expenses, including SAP: payment request  (PO), vendor creation, payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate training and compliance reports requested by Richemont RRF, such as HR, security, audit, and finance.

  • Requirement
  • Able to provide accurate, efficient, and relevant CRM & Sales reports and analysis for business review and decision making.
  • Independent, able to handle multi-tasks with good communication skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, responsible, accountable, and able to work with tight schedule and under pressure.
  • Team player with analytical and logical mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Mandrin (written and spoken)
