PLM–ERP Process Expert (Windchill Focus)
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida

Role Overview
We are looking for a PLM–ERP Process Expert with strong Windchill expertise to define, optimize, and integrate engineering and enterprise processes across PLM and ERP systems.
Experience
• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Strong experience in Windchill PLM implementations and process design
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
Key Responsibilities
• Design and optimize PLM–ERP business processes (Engineering Change, BOM Management, Document Control)
• Configure and implement Windchill workflows and data structures
• Align engineering processes with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Define integration touchpoints between Windchill and ERP systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure adherence to best practices in product lifecycle management
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill
• Expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR), BOM, CAD integrations
• Knowledge of PLM–ERP integration concepts
• Understanding of manufacturing and product development lifecycle
• Experience in process mapping and optimization
Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating Windchill with SAP ERP
• Familiarity with ThingWorx, Creo, or other PTC tools
• Knowledge of data migration and system harmonization
