Dental Practice Coordinator – Appleton, WI

We're a well-established general dental practice in Appleton, WI looking for a Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team and help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling to keep the day running smoothly
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Verify insurance and submit claims
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding approvals and benefits
- Collect and post payments, balance daily deposits
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to prioritize patient care
What We're Looking For:
- 1–4 years of dental front office experience
- Dental billing experience required
- Familiarity with dental software (EagleSoft or Open Dental preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment
- Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude
