The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 5) to join our IRC Business Operations team in Everett, WA.
The Project Management Specialist at the IRC will drive strategy through collaboration and integration with Fabrication Capabilities, BCA Programs, Global Supply Chain, and other functional partners. This role partners closely with IRC and Fabrication leadership to define strategic priorities, develop business cases, make recommendations, support project integration, execution and visibility.
This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. The ideal candidate works well independently with people across organizations with varying backgrounds and experience and will have a proven track record of successfully managing and integrating projects from initiation through completion.
Our team is currently hiring Level 5 Project Management Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead complex, cross functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring on time delivery, within budget and alignment with business objectives
Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities across all functional teams
Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines business cases
Develop visibility of the future business environment, opportunities and key projects
Mentor and coach project team members promoting project management best practices and career development
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
5+ years of experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management.
5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or program management functional positions.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field
Experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or supply chain strategy
Experience applying analytical skills, performing analysis and scenario modeling
Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of building and leading teams in a cross-functional environment
Experience leading workshops and or continuous improvement projects.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary Pay Range: $156,400.00 – 172,960.00
