Job Details

  • Review, analyze and close the subledgers and general ledgers on a monthly basis within the closing timelines.
  • Prepare and analyze the reconciliations of various subledgers to the General Ledger on a monthly basis in conjunction with the Corporation Account Reconciliation Policy. 
  • Record manual journal entries into Oracle, including accruals and adjusting entries.
  • Ensure inventory was properly valued and reconciled on a monthly basis. Review job order and provide analytical report including commentaries on operation performance measure.
  • Prepare schedule for local reporting that include but not limited to statutory audit, tax compliance tracking & return, and statistic return.
  • Provide analytical assistance and support on an as needed basis.
  • Work with operation and Corporate accounting team to resolve transactional issues.
  • Manage fixed assets & inventory accounting. Coordinate physical count for Fixed Assets and inventory on a periodic basis.
  • Support Controller on forecast, cash flow projection, expense analysis, periodic reporting and ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain proper documentation, schedules and filing in compliance of GST, Corporate Income Tax, withholding tax and tax incentive requirements.
  • Review supplier invoices, tax codes and liaise with Share Service on AP/ Payment.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance /Accountancy or relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting.
  • Audit experience is preferred.
