π Your Mission : As a Business Development & Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of the Surface business across Algeria. You will actively contribute to strengthening TechnipFMCβs presence in the country, particularly with Sonatrach and major energy industry players.

π― Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and implementing business development and sales strategies tailored to the Algerian market
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Sonatrach, IOCs, JVs, EPCs, etc.)
- Acting as the focal point for key account management and driving strategic partnerships
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the full sales cycle
- Developing account plans and capture strategies for priority customers
- Supporting proposal preparation and participating in contract negotiations
- Conducting market and competitive analysis to optimize positioning
- Representing TechnipFMC and enhancing its visibility in Algeria

You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and have solid experience in the energy sector with a strong commercial mindset.
Your strengths include:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Proven track record in business development and key account management
- Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is required
