The Position

Senior Partner Systems Delivery Expert - EPIE

The Senior Partner Systems Delivery Expert will provide technical guidance on complex system integrations, drive architectural efficiency, influence technical stakeholder decisions, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve strategic ecosystem alignment. In this role, you will navigate both organizational and technical complexity to drive the alignment of related roadmaps for large-scale, strategically critical initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in validating interface testing, ensuring seamless data and transaction synchronization across the broader ecosystem landscape. By diving deep into technical details with internal and external stakeholders, you will define and communicate comprehensive integration solution visions. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Technical Program Manager, Integration Lead, Systems Readiness SME, or Technical Delivery Manager.

The Opportunity:

  • Scope / Content Leadership: Provides expert technical guidance and strategic direction on defining and managing the scope for complex system integrations and partner onboarding initiatives. Develops, implements, and champions interface testing frameworks, readiness criteria, and integration best practices. Oversees the management of scope changes related to technical endpoints, ensuring strategic alignment across related roadmaps while proactively driving improvements to integration processes.

  • Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads the analysis of complex technical integration issues across ecosystem boundaries, eliciting detailed system requirements and influencing architectural  decisions. Accountable for overall system readiness on significant initiatives, defining data and transaction synchronization solutions, and driving consensus through persuasive technical communication. Proactively identifies integration risks, such as data mapping discrepancies, and mentors colleagues on technical problem-solving.

  • Stakeholder Management: Identifies key internal and external stakeholders, including technical leads, enterprise architects, and senior management across partner organizations. Develops and executes comprehensive engagement plans that bridge the gap between business needs and technical realities. Dives into technical details with stakeholders, navigates conflicts regarding interface specifications, and builds strong collaborative relationships across the ecosystem.

  • Impact/Strategy: Provides consistent technical leadership and significant impact across major platforms within the ecosystem. Drives success on integration programs by aligning disparate technical roadmaps, embedding rigorous interface testing standards, and leading system readiness initiatives. Evaluates technical solution options (e.g., API structures, middleware), fosters a culture of technical innovation, and proposes architectural improvements.

  • Complexity / Product Size: Manages complex technical integrations across diverse domains and partners, leading system readiness activities within large ecosystem initiatives. Orchestrates highly complex deliveries involving multiple technical dependencies, continuous data flows, and transaction synchronization requirements. Drives clarity around ambiguous technical requirements and leads the implementation of testing frameworks while navigating complex, cross-organizational stakeholder landscapes.

  • Business/Technical ability: Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of enterprise system landscapes and a strong understanding of market trends in data integration. Drives technical process improvements, shapes readiness strategies that support business objectives, and leads the implementation of testing and synchronization best practices. Manages large-scale integration programs and innovates delivery methodologies to enhance interface reliability and data integrity.

Who you are:

Education / Experience

  • Proven track record operating in a Technical Delivery Management, Systems Integration, or Readiness archetype (e.g., Technical Program Manager, Integration Lead) with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex ecosystem integrations.

  • Experience aligning interrelated technical roadmaps, orchestrating end-to-end interface testing, and ensuring seamless data and transaction synchronization across disparate product lines or partner domains.

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key senior technical and business stakeholders, diving into complex technical details, and cultivating collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Technical / Business Skills

  • In-depth understanding of enterprise system landscapes, data architectures, and market trends in integration, with the ability to shape technical delivery strategies that achieve business objectives.

  • Expertise in leading the implementation of interface testing methodologies, data synchronization frameworks, and technical delivery best practices.

  • Advanced analytical skills to lead the analysis of complex, cross-boundary data flows, troubleshoot transaction synchronization issues, and evaluate strategic architectural solution options.

Additional Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate deep technical details into strategic business alignment and drive consensus on integration solutions.

  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities; acts as a technical mentor for less experienced professionals, providing constructive feedback and guiding them through complex system readiness and technical problem-solving scenarios.

What you get:

  • Employment contract (Umowa o pracę).

  • Annual bonus payment based on your performance.

  • Hybrid Work Model (2 days per week in the office).

  • Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.
