Business Analyst / SR

Join a dynamic team working on a cutting-edge project focused on online surveys and customer satisfaction analysis. We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to lead end-to-end system analysis and integration efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle system analysis from initiation to delivery.
• Gather and align technical requirements, especially for system integrations.
• Define contracts and communication protocols between systems.
• Prepare development tasks and collaborate closely with developers.
• Work with diverse stakeholders including business teams, technical experts, testers, and UX designers.

• Experience as a System Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong technical and tooling skills.
• Proven experience in system integration and message definition.
• Basic development background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
• Attention to detail and clarity in communication.
• Assertiveness and openness in stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Kafka
  • APIs (including synchronous APIs)
  • OpenAPI and AsyncAPI
  • Postman, Swagger
  • UML, Enterprise Architect
  • Relational databases
  • Distributed system architecture
  • Jira
• Ability to:
  • Analyze functional requirements and system needs
  • Model IT systems
  • Analyze logs and errors

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the financial sector, especially in currency markets.
