Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
Plan, develop, and implement effective sales programs to meet and exceed business targets
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key partners to support long-term growth
Monitor and ensure inventory completeness, accuracy, and readiness to support sales efforts
Evaluate new product opportunities and propose inventory expansion strategies based on market needs and trends
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
Recommend and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance market positioning
Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate, validate, and develop new products and features aligned with customer needs and business goals
Lead and manage strategic initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely and successful project delivery through strong coordination and communication
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven track record with at least 4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
Excellent project management and communication abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a growth mindset
