Brown & Brown Dealer Servicers is seeking an Automotive F&I Account Executive to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL!
The Automotive F&I Account Executive will effectively service current accounts/clients through professional coaching and development efforts within assigned territory to enhance dealer F&I performance. Consistently promote the UDS/BBDS brand to prospective dealers within your assigned market and make appropriate and timely referrals to the BBDS Sales Team.
How You Will Contribute:
Grow production with current accounts/clients through dedicated coaching and development visits per the assigned service cycle.
- Prospect for new dealer relationships and client acquisitions.
Conduct quality sales meetings, compliance audits and
monthly/quarterly/annual F&I reviews.
Develop extensive knowledge of both profit center and competitor products and services.
Assist with new account kick offs.
Assist management with F&I pay and incentive plan design and implementation.
Build and maintain relationships with dealership personnel.
Collect competitive information and pass along to profit center ‘Product Specialist’ for analysis, archiving and distribution.
Work to keep all contact, dealership(s) and personnel, information organized and current within the profit center CRM.
Market Expectations: Your territorial assignment is an important one and in keeping with corporate growth planning, a minimum growth of contract count is fixed at 7% annually. Expected growth will rise from expert coaching and development as well as the addition of new dealer clients through your positive referral and promotion of BBDS offerings.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of three (3) years of automotive retailing experience
Three (3) years in dealership management with verifiable references for management skills
This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
