Qualifications
A minimum of three years of experience in the marketing field or related area OR a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field and one year of experience in marketing (or related field) is preferred.
Knowledge of all phases of marketing and communications, including principles, methods, practices, trends and techniques.
Ability to gather and effectively organize information.
Must possess proven ability to analyze business needs and develop marketing plans and recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to solve problems with skill, tact and resourcefulness and effectively carry out various projects independently, handle problems and divergences - within policy and accepted practices - when they occur.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Skill and ability to market and promote programs and motivate patrons.
Computer proficiency in various software to include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
Should possess solid organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Must be able to handle multiple projects within deadline.
