Job Description
- To provide outstanding guest service, both internal and external. - Safeguard company funds while maintaining accurate accountability of funds and to promote the facilities, services, programs, and events of the Cactus Petes properties. - Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - This is a uniformed position, which requires the team member be in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. - Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by any Cactus Petes entity or by a guest of Cactus Petes Casinos. - Redeem coins, tickets, chips and cash guest checks. - Maintain and assure the proper handling and routing of all paperwork. - Assist guests in completing mychoice...
