Warehouse Worker

We are currently in search of a reliable and motivated Yard Worker to join our growing team! Your responsibility is to accurately and quickly service a very demanding client base while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the industry. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.

Principal Responsibilities

• Picking, transfers and sales orders in an accurate and proficient manner

• Loading Flatbed trailers with a combination of Pipe and Skids meeting MTO Standards – Training is provided

• Perform Daily Safety Pre-Inspections of your Propane Counterbalance Forklift

• Work proficiently against Productivity and Quality targets

• Maintain a strict housekeeping standard

• Report safety and security issues to your direct supervisor

• All of the above will be performed in various weather

• Other duties as assigned

• Communicate stock errors and discrepancies clearly and effectively with team members

Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a high-school Diploma or similar

• Minimum 2-year experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts

• Minimum 2-year experience working in a Yard distribution environment

• Proven ability supporting/working with RF equipment and remote printers

• Accurate and detail oriented

• Skilled in managing competing priorities and problem solving under minimal supervision

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Must have necessary certifications for specific machinery, Counterbalance
