Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Client Support Specialist to join our ever evolving Client Support team in Romania within Global Payments and help shape the future of global commerce.

  

What you’ll own   

  • Manage and resolve merchant and stakeholder inquiries, complaints, and support requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. 

  • Track, investigate, and drive support tickets to resolution while providing timely updates to clients and internal teams. 

  • Process client documentation and maintain accurate records, data entry, and archiving in line with company procedures. 

  • Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to support merchant needs, claims, processing inquiries, and operational requests. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and service standards while delivering professional, accurate, and customer-focused support. 

 

 

  What you’ll bring  

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales support, acquiring, or merchant services, with a strong understanding of client-focused operations. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive issues to resolution. 

  • A customer-oriented mindset, delivering accurate, professional, and high-quality service to both internal and external clients. 

  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, combined with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success. 

 

 

  It’s a bonus if you have  

  • A strong ability to partner with stakeholders and teams to understand needs and remove impediments, showing curiosity, empathy, and a clear focus on delivering value to clients and end users

  • Experience fostering high-performing, collaborative teams, ideally in cross-functional or distributed environments, promoting inclusivity, psychological safety, and a “one team” mentality
