Garden Worker, Whistling Straits

Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Under the direction of a Chef III-Whistling Straits, operate any equipment and perform any tasks assigned within the scope of the department responsibilities as it relates to gardening. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Tend a newly developed fruit, vegetable and herb garden that will produce food items to be served to guests within hours of harvest Soil preparation, planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting Operate small, medium and large sized equipment as directed to accomplish job assignments Observe all written standard operating procedures to provide a safe working environment for self, other associates, guests and the general public. Assist in special projects when assigned. Perform any other work assigned by Whistling Straits Culinary or WS Landscape Services. This is a seasonal, part-time position with shifts varying between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm.
