Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Experience collaborating with business / technology partners
- Must have strong relationship building and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate.
- Resourceful and creative in generating solutions
- Must have a high degree of initiative and dedication; be willing to work overtime if necessary in order to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated strength as a quick learner
- Knowledge of the financial reporting processes and an understanding of Oracle Essbase, Excel, and Power Point are strongly preferred.
- Ability to add structure to ambiguous situations
- MBA or equivalent preferred
