We're looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume
collision center. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on organization,
accountability, developing people, and driving production without sacrificing quality or customer
experience.
If you're currently managing a busy collision center, or you're ready to take the next step, you'll
have the opportunity to lead an established team with consistent work flow and the support of
one of the region's largest automotive groups.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume collision center.
Drive production, efficiency, cycle times, and profitability.
Coach, mentor, and develop estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff.
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality expectations.
Manage scheduling, work flow, parts coordination, and repair timelines.
Monitor KPIs including gross profit, labor sales, cycle time, CSI, and productivity.
Foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture.
Build strong relationships with insurance partners and customers.
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
Previous Body Shop Manager or Collision Center Manager experience required.
Proven success managing a high-volume collision repair facility.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Experience managing production, profitability, and technician performance.
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with estimating systems, DRP processes, and collision repair operations.
A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
