Job Description
This position is for full-time traveling assignments with project locations across the United States, supporting various market sectors
In this role, you’ll take ownership of and be responsible for all aspects of field-related activities on assigned projects and obtain successful cost results with respect to labor, material, and equipment utilization
These activities include, but are not limited to, safety, quality, schedule, project communication, planning, sequencing, site logistics, subcontractor, and client coordination
Your Responsibilities will include: Establishes and manages safety as the number one priority on the project Partners with market leadership, project management, and AE team to supervise, direct, and coordinate management of construction projects Develops and implements site utilization and logistics planning and schedules job-site activity as required
Produces and updates a weekly 4-week short interval schedule while driving adherence and ensuring integration and coordination with the master schedule Conducts and ensures adequate documentation of daily and weekly coordination and schedule review meetings with subcontractors and vendors
Education & Years of Experience: Minimum experience High School Diploma with 5 years of applicable construction experience *OR* A 4-year degree in Building Construction or a related field of study may be substituted for applicable construction experience Preferred experience 2 years of supervision experience To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Ability to travel and temporarily relocate to various locations for the duration of a project Knowledge of construction industry best practices Strong planning, organizational and communication skills The ability to alight with out company values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds
Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information
The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
