Description:
St. Mary’s Health Care System is seeking experienced Nutritional Service Associates who understand the importance of diet accuracy, tray line operations, and patient-centered service in a clinical setting.
This is not a restaurant role—this is healthcare nutrition, where your work directly supports patient recovery and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule - 6 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 12 hours shifts in addition willing to work every other weekend.
- Accurately assemble patient trays based on prescribed diets.
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions (diabetic, cardiac, renal, etc.)
- Work on tray line / tray passing with attention to detail and timing
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tray line / tray passing
- Diet order accuracy
- Patient meal delivery
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and attention to detail
- Strong reliability and team collaboration
