Role OverviewWe are looking for a customer-focused Senior Product Manager to drive success across our Email Security portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customers, and product leadership, translating operational realities and customer needs into meaningful product direction and execution. The ideal candidate is technically curious, collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
About the Role
Customer & Product Collaboration
Work with customers, support teams, and internal stakeholders to understand product pain points and operational challenges
Support customer discussions related to roadmap items, product capabilities, and feature feedback
Prioritize customer requests, defects, and usability improvements based on customer and business impact
Participate in customer and field engagements to better understand enterprise security workflows and operational needs
Use competitive and market research insights to identify product improvement opportunities
Product Execution & Delivery
Build and drive the roadmap aligned with customer and business priorities
Partner closely with engineering and UX teams to define requirements, refine user stories, and guide delivery execution
Translate customer, operational, and technical feedback into actionable product requirements
Drive feature execution from requirements through release and adoption
Drive release planning, feature validation, and rollout readiness activities
Use product usage data, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide prioritization and product improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, support, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align priorities and execution
Maintain alignment across stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Create and deliver internal enablement and communication around new capabilities, releases, and roadmap updates
Participate in cross-functional planning and coordination activities across multiple teams

Translate customer, operational, and technical feedback into clear, actionable product requirements.
Lead feature development from concept through release, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
Drive release planning, feature validation, and rollout readiness activities to ensure successful product launches.
Use product usage analytics, customer feedback, and operational insights to inform prioritization and continuous product improvement.
