As a Building Engineer at Hines, your responsibilities will include ensuring the basic operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems. This involves routinely reviewing operating conditions and established programs with your supervisor to understand and resolve any abnormal operating issues. You will ensure adherence to Hines' quality standards and property operating objectives while maintaining focus on the delivery of exceptional client experience.
