Patient Financial Services Rep 1

The Patient Financial Rep 1 is responsible for researching, resolving, documenting, and responding to inquiries related to hospital and professional accounts from patients, insurance companies, attorneys, public agencies, internal departments, employers, and third-party payers. This includes conference calls that have escalated between insurance companies and patients, looking for resolution of claims. Must maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
