The Associate General Counsel – Commercial Contracts, Corporate Governance, & Data Privacy position is a key role at Five Guys Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a “FIVE GUYS”. This transactional attorney will be the source of practical, timely, strategic, and high-quality legal advice and support for FIVE GUYS® corporate headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. The role is responsible for a wide variety of legal matters and projects, with the primary objectives of supporting the corporate governance, commercial contracts, and data privacy compliance activity of the company.
