Manufacturing Supervisor - Rotating Weekend Night Shift
Shift Schedule:
Days Rotating Every Other Weekend (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM)

How you will make an impact!
The Supervisor, POROS Manufacturing is responsible for leading a production shift that is part of a 7x24 operation. They will coordinate the activities of personnel to ensure production schedules are met and partners with all of the operations support functions to accomplish the production schedule. They will encounter recurring work situations of high complexity, with frequent variations from the norm.
Creates and sustains a team mentality centered around Safety, Quality, and Team Work to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations (i.e. OSHA, ISO13485, etc.).
Actively leads a bulk chemical manufacturing production line working with other shift supervisors to ensure consistency across all shifts
Develops weekly production schedule by partnering with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management teams.
Drives recruiting processes to hire new manufacturing technicians and leads training and development plans of all direct reports.
Prioritizes, delegates, and drives long term action plans to ensure success of the manufacturing operation.
How will you get here?
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (preferably Chemistry or Chemical Engineering) desired or 5 years of comparable manufacturing leadership is required.
Minimum required education: High school diploma/GED.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of direct people management with experience in recruiting and personnel development
Experience with DeltaV Process Control System and SAP in a cGMP environment is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to direct personnel to accomplish daily work as well as periodic special projects.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to handle sophisticated process, business, and personnel issues independently.
Ability to stand for 80% of the shift, move ~40 lbs up one flight of stairs, and push 55 gallon drums on wheeled dollies.
Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including work uniform, steel toe shoes, hair net, safety glasses, bump cap, and latex gloves. PPE may also include face shield, respirator, and smock.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $105,000.00–$115,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
