About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated HVAC sales professional to support our commercial project sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and delivering full-service HVAC solutions, including design-build installations, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades.

You’ll partner with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend customized solutions that improve system performance, comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.


Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, system replacements, and new installations
  • Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including scope, pricing, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful execution
  • Stay informed on industry developments, including new technologies and energy efficiency standards
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or a related technical field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
