Um Recepcionista, em geral realiza procedimentos de recepção e de atendimento ao cliente e ao visitante. Planeja a rotina, organizando materiais e equipamentos de trabalho. Recepciona, controla, direciona e auxilia o acesso e a movimentação de pessoas, observando normas internas de segurança. Recebe e registra chamadas telefônicas e mensagens eletrônicas. Protocola documentos recebidos. Pode receber pagamentos e emitir notas fiscais e recibos. Presta informações sobre produtos e serviços da empresa ou instituição. Atua de acordo com protocolos internos e normas regulamentadoras de saúde e segurança no trabalho e de preservação ambiental.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar as operações da recepção e garantir um ambiente acolhedor.
  • Receber e auxiliar visitantes e funcionários.
  • Atender ligações telefônicas, e-mails e outras formas de comunicação.
  • Manter registros e documentos relacionados às atividades da recepção.
  • Prestar suporte administrativo quando necessário.

Habilidades:

  • Forte capacidade de organização e de realizar múltiplas tarefas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Domínio de softwares e ferramentas de escritório.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo ou equivalente.
  • Mais de 2 anos de experiência como recepcionista ou em função administrativa.
  • Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas tarefas e priorizar com eficiência.
