职位描述
• 开发汽车电子研发验证阶段的相关测试硬件和测试软件，验证产品的总线通信以及产品性能， 通信部分包括CAN/LIN/FLEXRAY/Ethernet等等常见协议。测试，分析，验证产品性能是否和设计有偏差或者失效。
• 基于软件释放计划, 分析各阶段的产品测试需求，做好测试用例开发和自动化脚本开发, 并维护现有硬件,软件测试环境。
• 当现有硬件/软件环境无法满足测试需求的时候，设计开发新的测试平台。
• 在系统测试运行阶段, 台架、实车上手动或自动化的执行测试用例, 发现、记录和提交问题, 确保提交问题的描述清晰, 数据完整, 及时跟踪问题的根因分析,问题解决和修复验证。
• 支持系统或软件团队, 对复杂客户问题进行问题复现或联调, 以便问题得以定位和解决。
• 在系统测试结束阶段, 做好测试报告的准备, 包含测试问题归纳汇总, 测试结果, 数据和图片的归档。
任职要求
• 本科以上学历，理工类背景(电子信息/通讯工程/车辆工程/软件工程相关专业)
• 具备良好的编程能力，熟练掌握C/C++/Python编程相关知识
• 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与开发团队进行有效的沟通和协作
• 在校成绩优异, 有国家励志奖学金, 校奖学金等荣誉获得者优先
• 动手能力强,在实验室做过设计,参加过学科类设计竞赛,并获得成绩者优先
