Subject Matter Expert - Data Management VAD
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Areas of Accountability:
1. Understands, communicate and implements best practices that are related to all Data
Management processes including but not limited to process updates, error trends
discussion, error correction and etcetera.
2. Well-knowledgeable in all Data Management Tasks.
3. Responsible in providing aid on how to resolve a particular process-related challenges
4. Coordinates and pro-actively work with Supervisor for Action Planning on how to further
improve over-all Team’s Quality.
5. Regularly delivers coaching and feedback to employees who are struggling in Quality
metric.
6. Has the ability to read and analyze different medical documents (ex., Prescription,
Patient Information Form).
7. Ability to adapt to and work with the different tools and systems used to carry out duties
and responsibilities
8. Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company
confidentiality (HIPPA).
9. Completes assigned work in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Adapts to and demonstrates the ability to deal with frequent changes in the work
environment.
11. Meets individual, departmental, and company goals.
12. Other Subject Matter Expert duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare accounts (preferably with strong
background for Data Management)
• Has a strong People and Engagement skills
• Knowledge in Medical Terminology
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Above-average problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Expert in Data Management processes
• Ability to work under stressful conditions
• College Diploma
