Engineer II

The Engineer II – Manufacturing Engineer role at UCT is responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for weldment parts from customer print through production release. This position creates and maintains SAP routings, prepares manufacturing documentation, and designs tooling and fixtures to ensure quality and efficiency. It collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering requests, support production builds, and implement process improvements. By leveraging CAD tools, MES, and Agile systems, the Engineer II ensures accurate documentation, compliance with customer requirements, and optimized workflows. This role also mentors junior engineers, driving continuous improvement and supporting UCT’s operational excellence in the semiconductor industry.
