California | Multiple Offices (Flexible Placement)

Our client is a highly respected, growth-oriented law firm seeking experienced Family Law attorneys to join its expanding California practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want sophisticated work, meaningful client relationships, and a clear path to long-term advancement and ownership in a collegial, high-performing environment.

Open Levels:

  • 7th–10th Year Associate
  • Senior Counsel / Partner-Track (20+ Years Experience)

Bonus & Incentives:

  • 1,850 billable hours: $10,000 bonus
  • 1,900+ hours: $5,000–$7,500 per additional 50 hours (band-dependent)
  • Uncapped production bonuses
  • $5,000 year-end holiday bonus (prorated first year)
  • 10% origination credit on self-generated business

Partnership / Shareholder Track:

Shareholder Levels:

  • Non-Voting Shareholder
  • Voting Shareholder
    (Both levels carry equal equity)

Eligibility Guidelines:

Non-Voting Shareholder

  • 8–10+ years of practice
  • Internal candidates: $375k–$400k+ recurring book (sustained 2+ years)
  • Lateral candidates: $500k–$750k+ recurring book

Voting Shareholder

  • Internal or lateral: $1MM+ recurring book over 2–3 years

Thresholds subject to change based on firm needs and market conditions.

  • Current CA State License
  • Strong job stability
  • Solid academic credentials
  • Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
  • No insurance defense backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
  • Hybrid schedule: 1–2 WFH days/week after training
  • Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily
