Director of Marketing-Innovation

Your Role:    The Director of Marketing-Innovation is responsible for setting the overall strategy for innovation in the Reynolds Cooking & Baking Business Unit. This includes segments such as foil, bakeware, parchment, air fryer & slow cooker liners, etc., leading new products through stages in the development process from concept to launch, working closely with direct reports and cross functional teams to deliver key project milestones.
