Position : Service Desk

Location : Cary, NC

Job Description:

· Working knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook 2010/2013, MS Exchange

· Working knowledge of VPN solutions as well as RSA SecurID tokens

· Strong knowledge of English language and ability to communicate clearly on the phone with US-based customers

· Should have experience in call and email support
