Job title: Facilities Mechanical Technician

Schedule: 1st shift, 40 hours per week, (alternating weekends, 40 hours/week)

Pay rate: $35-40 / hour

Facilities Mechanical Technicians perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine repair activities across facility infrastructure systems.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities (HVAC, boilers, and compressed air systems)
• Inspections on fire supression, alarms and emergency systems
• Ensuring facility compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
• Completing GMP documentation and work orders accurately
• Replace motors, pumps, valves, belts, and filters
• Follow LOTO, confined space, and electrical safety procedures
• Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform minor repairs within licensed capability
• Identify and report observed deficiencies
• Support vendor access and coordination
• Maintain safe work practices in accordance with site policies

Technicians are responsible for maintenance execution and do not assume responsibility for system redesign, capital replacement, or production outcomes
