Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

 

 

As a Quality Inspector your duty consists of working hand in hand with the Quality Department, ASME Engineer and our Authorized Inspection Agency to ensure our products conform to Engineering Specifications, ASME Requirements, and our Quality Manual. Position is for a 2nd shift inspector. Training will be on the day shift with a planned move to 2nd Shift after training.

Responsibilities:
 Perform Pressure Vessel Pneumatic / Hydro & Weld Inspection to Trane procedures and ASME requirements 
 Spot weld nameplates to Pressure Vessels per Trane procedures and ASME requirements
 Review and accept/reject repair procedures per Trane procedures and ASME requirements, as needed
 Maintain Pressure Vessels test log and forms
 Perform PT & MT NDE to ASME Pressure Vessels or Parts per Trane procedures and ASME requirements as needed
 Perform receiving inspection of ASME parts as needed
 Make ASME nameplates as needed
 Other safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives as needed

 Qualifications:
• Experience in Blueprint reading (weld symbols) and Units of Measure (both standard & metric)
• Experience using hand, pneumatic, and measuring tools.
• Certified crane operator.
• Willingness to continually improve code and engineering specification knowledge.
• Good communication skills and customer first attitude. 
• Experience with computers and the Windows operating environment.
• Demonstrated initiative to seek work area improvement/personal development opportunities.
• Must be willing to work all shifts and flex to satisfy customer demand (Overtime as required).

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $22.50 - $26.29 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
