Pay: $18-$20 flat rate

Our Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Basic understanding of automotive systems and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and lubrication.
• Previous experience in a shop or dealership is preferred
• Attended previously or currently enrolled in a technical school automotive program
• Must be adaptable to new concepts. The automotive industry evolves quickly and therefore you must be willing to learn new tools, technology, and techniques.
• Technology Savvy must be able to learn our systems and navigate them as needed with ease.
• Must have a genuine desire to grow with us in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.​

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
