In this role, you will be part of the team driving digital transformation, where you’ll get hands‑on experience with GenAI and LLM in a production environment from day one. You will have the opportunity to learn by doing and contribute to shaping the architecture from the ground up alongside experienced senior specialists.

Why join us?
You will work with market experts in a culture built on knowledge sharing and strong technical foundations. Your development will be supported, with access to certifications and training backed by technology partners. We focus on outcomes rather than time spent logged in, ensuring a healthy work‑life balance and flexibility aligned with your needs.

Our recruitment process is designed to be clear, efficient, and respectful of your time (HR+skill+confirming).

THE WORK

  • Support in building and maintaining cloud‑based data pipelines in Azure and Databricks.

  • Assist in extracting, transforming, and integrating data from multiple data sources into central platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers on the implementation of scalable data solutions.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Opportunity to build and expand your data engineering skill set in Azure and Databricks.

  • Exposure to international projects and a diverse team of Data & AI specialists.

  • A collaborative environment where your ideas and growth matter.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with data pipelines and Databricks.

  • Familiarity with Unity Catalog features.

  • Foundational knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud data concepts.

  • Proficiency in SQL and basic PySpark.

  • Understanding of data modeling fundamentals and basic ETL/ELT concepts.

  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Understanding of Lakehouse concepts and Medallion architecture.

  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.

  • Azure Fundamentals or Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals certification.

  • Academic or personal projects related to data engineering or analytics.

  • Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks or similar tools.

Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements. If you believe you possess the necessary skills, even if not meeting every requirement, we wholeheartedly encourage you to submit your application.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A permanent employment contract.

  • Individual support of a People Lead and a structured development path, including access to coaching.

  • A comprehensive training package (soft skills, technical skills, language classes, e‑learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, co‑financing of courses and certifications).

  • Employee Assistance Program — legal, financial, and psychological consultations.

  • Eligibility for the Employee Share Purchase Plan and quarterly dividends.

  • Paid employee referral program.

  • Private medical care and life insurance.

  • Access to the Worksmile platform, including Multisport.
