A special touch unique to Toton is our outdoor sleeping approach for babies—nestled in prams, they benefit from peaceful rest and fresh air, helping to promote healthy, natural sleep patterns.

About the role: 
 
As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include: 

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily 

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions 

• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moment

Essentials:

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning

• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.

• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.

• are patient and friendly

• Maximum of 40 minute drive by either car or public transport
