Job Description

 

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Representative!

In this role, you will manage customer orders and quotations with accuracy and efficiency, build strong customer relationships through responsive communication, and identify opportunities to grow parts sales. Working closely with sales teams and distributors, you will help enhance the customer experience, resolve queries professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring customer needs are met with excellence at every touchpoint.

 

Your Mission:

  • Process customer orders and provide timely quotations with proactive follow-up.
  • Drive parts sales through customer engagement, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing queries, complaints, and order communications.
  • Support distributor performance, customer credits investigations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage consignment activities, including returns, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain customer data systems and provide operational support to ensure efficient business performance.
  • Support on managing and handling the B2B Portals (i.e. Coupa/Ariba) for consignment customers ensuring that response timelines and invoicing deadlines are achieved.

 

Your Profile:

  • Grade 12
  • 3 Years experience in the Customer Service / Internal Sales environment with relevant qualification or diploma.
  • Computer literacy. Good knowledge of M3, Word & Excel will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Good telephone manners and skills.
  • Must be able to handle conflict and address customer complaints with speed and professionalism
  • Must have good work ethic and demonstrate behaviours of respect, helpfulness and genuine passion towards building strong customer relationships
