Job Description
What You Will Do
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching security associates to build a strong, reliable team.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and complaints, coordinating follow-ups with other departments as needed.
- Stay sharp on fire and emergency procedures, making sure your team knows their roles when it counts.
- Enforce hotel security policies everywhere, ensuring safety rules are followed 24/7.
- Prepare your team for VIP arrivals and special events by briefing supervisors and coordinating extra security measures.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of security experience – You know the ins and outs of keeping people and property safe.
- Flexible schedule – Ready to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet hotel needs.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications – Because safety and compliance are non-negotiable.
- Strong leadership skills – You motivate your team and lead by example.
- Attention to detail and communication – You keep everyone informed and on the same page.
