What you´ll do Manage production operations and personnel in alignment with internal and customer requirements. Lead process optimization initiatives and report continuous improvement results. Establish, monitor, and report annual and monthly production KPIs. Review and update production procedures, work instructions, and process improvements. Oversee production performance, schedule adherence, product identification, and traceability. Manage nonconformance issues through corrective and preventive actions. Lead cost‑saving projects, new project initiatives (Lean, new products), and OEE‑driven improvements. Support people management, cross‑functional teamwork, and internal/external quality audits.
