Job Description
A full-time appointment scheduler is needed for a busy multi-disciplinary medical practice. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for answering multiple phone lines, scheduling patient appointments, and assisting with referral coordination.
The qualified candidate should have previous medical office appointment scheduling and reception experience.
In addition, the candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and be very detail-oriented. The position offers excellent benefits and a competitive compensation package.
