Job Summary

The Configuration & Change Management Engineer will be responsible for ensuring engineering change activities are executed in accordance with established quality processes, configuration management requirements, and release governance standards.

The role acts as a key interface between engineering teams, quality functions, and program stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant engineering releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and release packages.
• Verify scope completeness, documentation accuracy, and process compliance.
• Perform quality checks against established engineering release guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve documentation gaps and open actions.
• Track and manage engineering change workflows within Windchill.
• Ensure configuration integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and process governance activities.
• Drive improvements in release quality and change management processes.

Preferred Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, or PLM administration.
• Experience in Solar Turbine, Aerospace, Power Generation, or Industrial Equipment domains.
• Strong understanding of engineering release processes and quality systems.
