The role involves supporting student progress, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and communicating effectively with parents. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, uses modern educational tools, and contributes actively to the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in grades 1–3
• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the Polish national curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress and achievement
• Create and maintain a positive, well-organised, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning
• Integrate modern teaching methods, digital tools, and educational technologies to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and development
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and wider school events

Requirements:

• Communicative level of English
• Relevant qualifications to teach in grades 1-3
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Polish national curriculum
• Ability to create a supportive, engaging, and student-centred learning environment
• Confidence in using technology and digital tools in teaching
