ROLE PROFILE:
As part of a specialised EMEA team working closely with global colleagues, the Contributor Relations Manager, Research will help expand and strengthen LSEG’s research content ecosystem through strategic contributor partnerships and relationship management.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Develop strategic relationships with sell-side and independent research providers across EMEA.
- Identify and onboard new contributors to broaden the depth, quality and regional coverage of research content available across LSEG products.
- Expand existing contributor relationships through additional content partnerships and strategic collaboration.
- Act as a subject matter expert on LSEG’s research capabilities for contributors, clients, internal commercial teams and prospects.
- Support contributor retention and long-term partnership renewal initiatives.
- Provide regular contributor engagement reporting, market intelligence and strategic feedback to management and cross-functional teams.
- Remain informed about evolving digital research workflows, AI-enabled discovery capabilities and changing institutional client consumption behaviours across financial markets.
The role involves managing relationships across sell-side, independent and quantitative research providers, supporting both contributor acquisition and long-term partnership development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with commercial, relationship management and support teams to support the growth and development of LSEG’s research contributor ecosystem.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing contributor relationships and supporting regional contributor growth initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Education
Degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, economics, business or a related field.
Skills
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Experience working in the financial industry, or at a financial information vendor.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external industry contacts.
- Demonstrated success with contributor acquisition, partnership growth or commercial relationship objectives.
- Strong interest in financial markets and the evolving research landscape.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, including the ability to interpret usage metrics, engagement trends and contributor performance data.
- Ability to analyse market trends and contributor activity to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience within sell-side research, financial information services or research distribution environments.
- Familiarity with how financial research is created, distributed and consumed.
- Awareness of AI and digital transformation trends affecting financial research workflows.
- Familiarity with financial information platforms such as LSEG Workspace, Bloomberg, FactSet, AlphaSense or S&P Capital IQ.
- Additional European or regional language skills would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management and market knowledge with a solid understanding of institutional research workflows. The role offers interaction with Heads of Research, Research COOs, Data Managers and Analysts across the global research provider community and internal commercial, product and content leadership teams. Success will be measured through contributor acquisition and retention, expansion of strategic contributor partnerships and increased engagement with research content across LSEG platforms.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 130,200 zł - 205,800 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.Benefits Information:
