Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting production by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations. This role provides guidance to maintenance technicians, oversees daily activities, and leads complex maintenance projects while troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime. The position also manages preventative maintenance programs, maintenance reporting, inventory, and costs, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and operating procedures. Additionally, the supervisor collaborates with engineering on process improvements, supports equipment installation, and helps train and develop the maintenance team.
